1. As soon as your payment is confirmed, it normally takes 1-5 working days to process your order before it’s shipped. Keep in mind that the processing time does NOT cover the "Delivery time".
2. For express shipping, orders will be processed in 1-5 working days and need 3-7 working days for the delivery under average circumstances. Please get in touch with AZBRO when the total delivery time exceeds 20 days (your parcel is probably lost lost). If the lost is confirmed, AZBRO will issue a full refund to your payment account. For standard shipping, orders will still be processed in 1-5 working days and require 7-15 working days for the delivery under common circumstances. Please contact AZBRO when the whole delivery time reaches 45 days, so that AZBRO would issue a full refund to your payment account for the lost parcel.
3. You should remember that delivery may take longer during holidays and weekends.
Returns & Refunds
It is really matters for the company that the customers are absolutely happy with their purchase on AZBRO.COM. In case you are not totally contented with your items regardless the reason of dissatisfaction, you can simply return them for full refund or exchange.
Please note that the credits will not be refunded if you return a free order/giveaway.
1. The items within 45 days of delivery can be returned for a full refund or exchange.
2. Please e-mail AZBRO’s customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org) before you return your item, or download the Return or Exchange Form, fill it and send it to email@example.com.
Please do not send back your parcel until AZBRO e-mails you back with the proper address which doesn’t match with the one displayed on your parcel.
3. All items must be returned in their original state, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
AZBRO will not take back damaged, soiled, or changed items.
4. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned/exchanged merchandise, which is returned because buyer purchased the wrong size/color or because they don't like the item (no defects).
$15 express shipping fee is not available for refund if you apply for a return or refund.
5. In case you’d like to cancel the order after shipping, you need to sign the parcel and then return it to the address AZBRO provides. You will be given the refund the very moment AZBRO gets the parcel from you. Please bear in mind that a part of the refund amount (10% of the parcel's value, $40 the maximum)
will be deducted as compensation for our shipping fee.
6. You shouldn’t ship the parcel via express shipping, as if it generates customs fee, AZBRO won't accept the responsibility for these costs.
Any customs documents with "Product Returned - $0 value" should be filled out.
