Returns & Refunds
Though StyleWe provides unique fashion products crafted by the independent designers from top-quality materials and checked by the QA team before packaging, some customers still may not be fully satisfied for various reasons. It’s simple to apply for a refund or exchange if the customer is not satisfied with the purchase. All that’s need to be done is submitting a request in the order page. The customer service of StyleWe will do their best to handle customers’ request. If you wish to exchange an item in another color or pattern, this is not a problem to make an exchange as long as the item is in stock.
In order to obtain a refund you need to send your parcel back to in its original packaging and with original labels. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within a week. All purchases (except swimwear and final sale) can be exchanged or returned within 30 days from the delivery date. All items must be undamaged and in original packaging with all the original labels. Besides, make sure that all the items in the parcel are free of damage. If they are not, then you cannot qualify for a refund and you will bear all incurring fees. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
You should keep in mind that some purchases are not eligible for return, in particular this includes final sale items and swimwear. The only case when the swimwear can be returned or exchanged is if it arrives damaged or wrong in size or item.
